Wendy B. Mills’ practice focuses on assisting business clients form and operate their businesses in nearly all respects. Prior to opening her law firm several years ago, Ms. Mills was General Counsel for a multi-national, multi-million dollar company headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Before becoming General Counsel, Ms. Mills worked for a Dallas law firm. Also, Ms. Mills completed a law school sponsored externship with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Ms. Mills received her B.S. in 1989 from Sam Houston State University and her J.D. in 1999 from Texas Wesleyan University. Ms. Mills is a Member of the State Bar of Texas, Phi Delta Phi, the Intellectual Property Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Intellectual Property Section of the Dallas Bar Association and serves on several Dallas Bar Association committees . Ms. Mills is admitted to practice before the following Federal Courts:
- U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas; and
- U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
